Not one of us travels this journey alone. As Ram Dass has said: "We are all just walking each other home...". My heart brims over with gratitude for the profound opportunities that have crossed my path this lifetime. First and foremost, for spiritual guidance, the teachings of AdiDa, Kirk Dennis, Goenkaji and Amirit Desai have touched my soul on this journey. A huge heart- filled thank you to Bill & Judy Wahlberg who have taught me the true value of service and community. Rick Brodzik, a well of knowledge and a heart of gold, thank you for your close, loyal friendship and for your nutritional advice through the years. Howard Rontal, my mentor, my business partner, my teacher, my dear, dear friend, has taught me business skills as well as bodywork techniques. He has been a strong model of integrity, dependability, perseverance and simple, direct communication. John Bodary, who opened up the world of Polarity Energy to me, helping me grow in consciousness as well as learning energy techniques and lifestyle values. And those instructors that John has so passionately sponsored in town for our benefit: Ray Castellino, James Said, Jim Feil, Franklin Sills, Sharon Porter & more. The Trager Approach has released such joy inside me with it’s freedom of movement and intuitive presence. Thank you Milton Trager and your wonderful instructors – Betty Fuller, Gail Stewart, Gary Brownlee, Deane Juahn, Roger Tole & more. Chanadana Becker, my dear friend, who has indeed changed my life forever with her skills and teaching of Peter Levine’s Trauma work and the gracious, authentic presence of her friendship, I thank you. Also the teaching of Cranialsacral work by Franklin Sills and Jan Pemberton have opened up my Trust in the Divine Presence within. Much appreciation to Walter Kagnus, whose Great Heart and skillful practice of the Egoscue Method, has empowered myself and my clients with tools for balance, strength and proper posture. I have indeed been blessed. And my hope and intent is that I have passed these gifts/blessings on to those I come in contact with.
